What are Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) requirements to obtain Approval-in-Principle to register a Savings & Loans Company at the Corporate Affair Commission, Abuja (CAC) ?

Preliminary requirements of the CBN for grant of approval in principle can be found in the following linked CBN publication. Please note that the publication it is several years old though.
